Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Take and serve orders accurately, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items and provide guests with detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food service.
