This three-lane flyover, constructed in collaboration with Etihad Rail, will separate train and vehicle movements, ensuring smoother operations for the UAE’s national railway network.

The flyover allows trains to travel within the median strip of Al Yalayis Street, significantly enhancing connectivity in the area.
It features right-turn slip roads for vehicles coming from Dubai, providing direct access to DIP and allowing easier exits toward Sheikh Zayed Road.
Looking ahead, plans are in place to extend the flyover towards Jumeirah Golf Estates, adding two lanes in each direction to further improve traffic flow and connectivity.

Etihad Rail has committed to collaborating with relevant authorities to maintain high operational standards, ensuring efficient transport services for both goods and passengers across the region.
