Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all painting and decoration tasks including varnishing across the property.
- Clean and touch up painted surfaces and perform minor wallpaper repairs.
- Patch and paint both interior and exterior surfaces, including caulking and grouting.
- Repair and refinish woodwork as required.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance painting works, especially in the waterpark area.
- Maintain painting tools such as brushes and rollers in good condition.
- Perform emergency painting repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records of maintenance works.
- Manage inventory and raise purchase orders for necessary supplies.
- Participate in the on-call program and respond swiftly to maintenance requests.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- Foster effective communication and cooperation between the engineering department and other teams within the waterpark.

Qualifications
- Secondary/High School education.
- Qualification at Trades Technician level or relevant engineering/maintenance background.
- Basic computer skills with ability to use Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Good proficiency in English.
