AC Technician Position Available at Al Najada Doha Hotel in Qatar!
Minor International is seeking a skilled AC Technician to join engineering team at the Al Najada Doha Hotel in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair, service, and maintain all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems including freezers, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, and chillers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Monitor performance of refrigeration components and air-conditioning systems.
- Inspect door closing systems on walk-in coolers/freezers and maintain defrosting systems.
- Handle maintenance requests from all hotel departments.
- Clean fan coil units and air handling unit filters routinely.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to diagnose and resolve system failures.
- Ensure strict control over CFC venting and comply with safety regulations.
- Overhaul air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed.
- Manage refrigeration oil levels and coordinate major repairs.
- Communicate with Engineering Storekeeper for parts procurement.
- Adhere to all country technical regulations and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Technical/vocational institute certification in relevant training.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
