Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service.
• Enforce compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
• Maintain strong guest relations and ensure timely food service according to corporate standards.
• Conduct line checks, manage inventory, and control costs.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and uphold company policies.
• Organize staff training, performance evaluations, and develop employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee restaurant promotions, special events, and maintain operational equipment.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism, or equivalent vocational experience in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and familiarity with MICROS systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and intermediate Health & Safety certification.
• Proficient in MS Office.
